CEPC director Dr. Nwando Olayiwola shared her expertise on the Quadruple Aim, the Ten Building Blocks, professional burnout, and work-life balance, as well as a workshop on the "Clinic First" approach to residency organization, with an enthusiastic group of faculty, residents, and clinicians at the UCSF Santa Rosa Department of Family Medicine on April 21.

CEPC founding director Tom Bodenheimer, MD, MPH, and practice coach and trainer Sara Syer, MS, PA-C, participated in the inspiring MetaECHO Conference in Albuquerque, NM, from April 7-8, 2016.

Supported by a care redesign grant from the Hitachi Foundation, CEPC director Dr. Nwando Olayiwola and practice coach and trainer Candy Magaña, joined by Barbara Dyer and Tom Strong from the Hitachi Foundation and Lisel Blash from the UCSF Center for the Health Professions, provided an intensive dive into the Ten Building Blocks of High Performing Primary Care, team-based care, and health coaching.
