Supported by a care redesign grant from the Hitachi Foundation, CEPC director Dr. Nwando Olayiwola and practice coach and trainer Candy Magaña, joined by Barbara Dyer and Tom Strong from the Hitachi Foundation and Lisel Blash from the UCSF Center for the Health Professions, provided an intensive dive into the Ten Building Blocks of High Performing Primary Care, team-based care, and health coaching.
