Dr. Olayiwola and Singaporean colleagues published a recent manuscript on the first Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) pilot in Singapore, reflecting on a social and values structure that may predict success, particularly in the attainment of Cultural and Linguistic Standards that are increasingly central to PCMH activity:

The Center for Excellence in Primary Care recently hosted a visit from Ms. Leona Disbury, a health psychologist and self-management trainer at a large multi-site primary care organization in Auckland, New Zealand. Ms. Didsbury is currently adapting the CEPC health coaching curriculum for use in improving the health of ethnic and low income minorities in New Zealand.
