The CEPC and CareOregon Practice Coaching for Primary Care Transformation (PCPCT) is currently underway in Portland, Oregon, where nearly 40 health care leaders, managers, and front line staff are being trained in the Ten Building Blocks of High Performing Primary Care. CEPC, through its ongoing relationships with primary care leaders in Singapore, is excited to welcome Ms. Elaine Voo and Sabrina Wong, MD, from the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics in Singapore, our first international participants in the program.
