CEPC Partners with STEP-UP and FCM to Host Multidisciplinary Implicit Bias Lecture

On November 13, the Center for Excellence in Primary Care partnered with the San Francisco General Hospital Training and Education Programs for Underserved Populations (STEP-UP) and Department of Family & Community Medicine to co-host an important lecture on implicit bias, diversity, and inclusion in medicine at SFGH.

The lecture, "A Silent Curriculum: The Intersection of Race and Medical Education," was delivered by Drs. Renee Navarro and Rene Salazar, two premier national leaders in the area of improving inclusivity and respecting all forms of diversity within medicine and healthcare.
