The Center for Excellence in Primary Care, in collaboration with the Center for Care Innovations (CCI), recently completed a five-webinar series on patient engagement on November 28th, 2017. Funded by the Blue Shield of California Foundation, the goal of this work is to promote best practices for how to support patient engagement within the primary care safety net setting.
The Center for Excellence in Primary Care had the pleasure of hosting trainees at their San Francisco site for a 2-day Health Coach training last week! The training included trainees from across the country and beyond. Everyone got a chance to practice new skills and learn from experiences in practice.
