The Center for Excellence in Primary Care successfully concluded its 3-day Practice Coaching for Primary Care Transformation (PCPCT) training in San Francisco, California, earlier today. Conducted in partnership with CareOregon, the PCPCT training served as an orientation to, and comprehensive review of, the science of primary care practice transformation, and equipped participants with the practical tools and coaching skills necessary to engage and support with transformation efforts towards high performing practices.
