UCSF Center for Excellence in Primary Care director Dr. Nwando Olayiwola and colleagues from Connecticut’s Community Health Center, Inc., recently published important findings on electronic consultations (eConsults) for cardiology and access to care for underserved patients in the March/April issue of Annals of Family Medicine.

The Center for Excellence in Primary Care successfully concluded its 3-day Practice Coaching for Primary Care Transformation (PCPCT) training in San Francisco, California, earlier today. Conducted in partnership with CareOregon, the PCPCT training served as an orientation to, and comprehensive review of, the science of primary care practice transformation, and equipped participants with the practical tools and coaching skills necessary to engage and support with transformation efforts towards high performing practices.
