This month CEPC and AFMRD (the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors) will kick off an inaugural “Clinic First” collaborative among 18 family medicine residency programs. This 2-day workshop and year-long video conference series will emphasize “Clinic First” principles such as resident scheduling and consistent core teams, drawing on lessons learned from CEPC’s site visits with more than 45 primary care residency programs nationwide.
