CEPC is excited to announce its collaboration with LifeLong Medical Care and the Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center (PAETC) on a new training endeavor that will lend an HIV-focus to CEPC’s existing health coach training curriculum. LifeLong has been awarded an 1-year Ryan White Capacity Building Grant to bring health coaching services to patients living with HIV. The CEPC practice coaching and training team will be supporting LifeLong and the PAETC in its adaptation and delivery of the health coach training curriculum to the inaugural cohort in February 2018.
