CEPC's PCLA Fellows Present Their Work at Annual PCLA Showcase

UCSF Primary Care Leadership Academy fellows Kira Levy, Tem Woldeyesus, and Victor Mleczko recently presented their longitudinal work with the CEPC at the annual Primary Care Leadership Academy Graduation and Showcase on April 25, 2016. 

Tem and Kira gave an overview of the CEPC and Center for Care Innovation's Facilitating Care Integration webinar series for their presentation on "Disseminating Best Care Coordination Practices in the Medical Neighborhood". Victor presented a comprehensive poster introducing his patient engagement project, "Systematic Review on the Impact of Patient Advisory Councils on Healthcare Delivery".

The Primary Care Leadership Academy (PCLA) is a collaboration of students, residents, and faculty working together to engage in primary care transformation, enhance community health outreach, optimize primary care education, mentor primary care career choice, and promote primary care advocacy.
